Worked closely to provided managed services to numerous customers, most notably working with a community bank to provide solid backups, tight security, and dependable maintenance on a Hyper-V rich Windows environment consisting of 50+ servers. My number one job is to keep the customer happy and provide world class support. Previously, I had been the 24/7 after hours "Support Engineer" for over 50 clients for over a year, providing technical assistance ranging from general support calls to grave after-hours emergencies.
Initially worked closely with IT staff to provide help desk support to patrons using our public PCs, database PCs and catalogs. I quickly advanced and graduated from help desk to a position supporting library staff and the internal IT Team on various projects and tasks such as Windows Deployment, asset tracking, domain migration, Windows 7 upgrades and many more fun assignments.
